Mario Maker is my goty, too, but it has nothing to do with other people’s levels. I love the freedom and ease of designing my own levels in Mario. I spend hours designing and perfecting a level, and it feels like 15 minutes have passed. There's really no other game out there like Mario Maker. Read more
SOMA was too linear for my tastes and Destiny forces multiplayer on it’s users so I’ll never play it. Fallout 4 should have been here in place of one of those two, but that’s just my opinion. Completely agree that game of the year is Mario Maker. I own a Wii U but not an Xbox One simply because of that game. Read more

I can’t with Mario Maker. I get it, but taking something that existed on the internet for years, combining it with Little Big Planet, who Nintendo executives outright said many years ago they were jealous of, loved it, and wished they had done it first should not be anywhere close to game of the year.

I use the hell out of Quiet. She’s damn near game breakingly good on certain missions. But I absolutely agree that Kojima’s guilt tripping and saying that we’d be ashamed for being critical when we found out why she was essentially naked was just silly.
